Sonny's Krewe at Medicine Show 14 Thanks to your support (and to those of you who worked hard to sell merchandise at dozens of 2010 shows), Sonny's Krewe was able to donate $7,500 to the Dr. Tommy Comeaux fund this year. Our six-year total is over $63,000! Sonny Headlines Medicine Show 14 Sonny Landreth closed the 14th annual Medicine Show in Lafayette on Dec. 18. The show, a benefit for the Dr. Tommy Comeaux Memorial Fund, also included performances by Cajun masters BeauSoleil avec Michael Doucet, Feufollet, Louisiana Purchase Bluegrass Band, and the ULL Wind Ensemble. Appearing as a special unnanounced guest was Louisiana legend Zachary Richard, who performed with CC Adcock and Neville Brothers guitarist Shane Theriot. The event was held at the new Acadiana Center for the Arts in downtown Lafayette. The center's James Devin Moncus Theater was transformed into a dance-friendly venue for the event, and food and beverage service for the evening was provided by the French Press.
